Please note that entry requirements vary by nationality. You may need to obtain a visa or travel authorization before departure. For the most up-to-date information, please visit https://travel-europe.europa.eu/ees.

Before you leave home for your luxury Croatian cruise, please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months, and that your visa is also valid, if this is required. Travel insurance is also your responsibility.

It’s customary to give a gratuity as a voluntary way of showing satisfaction and appreciation for the good service that the crew provides. Tips are not included in the price of your cruise. At the end of the cruise, the captain will leave two envelopes in your cabin – one envelope for the crew and one for the Cruise Director.

We suggest that you leave a tip of:

  • Ship Crew – between €17-22 per person per day
  • Cruise Director – between €8-10 per person per day

Please note tips should be paid in cash only.

Yes. The food served on board is a combination of traditional and authentic Mediterranean and Croatian cuisine. A selection of complimentary fresh fruit is available for your enjoyment all day long.

We serve a buffet-style continental breakfast from 7:00am to 9:00am, along with hot dishes like bacon, scrambled eggs, and omelettes.

Yes. The ship’s salon bar is open daily from 7:00am to 11:00pm, serving a wide selection of hot and cold beverages, soft drinks, bottled water, local wines, and bottled beers to enjoy while taking in the views.

Although the tap water on board is safe, we recommend drinking bottled water instead.

If you have any dietary requirements or preferences, such as diabetic, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, etc., please inform the team as soon as possible. Our galley team will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your personal dietary requests.

During your cruise you have the opportunity to purchase drinks on board and charge them to your cabin. At the end of your cruise you can pay in cash or by credit card.

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available on board our cruise ships. The connection can usually be accessed in the salon or from the rear lounge.

The internet service relies on a cellular network, so the signal may occasionally be unreliable while sailing and connection speeds can vary.

Wi-Fi is best suited for checking email or browsing news websites. For downloading large files, streaming video, or making video calls, we recommend waiting until the ship is docked in a larger town where the signal is typically stronger.

The electrical current on board the ship is of European 220-volt standard. All plugs in the cabins have two 4.8 mm diameter round pins. To use any appliances (e.g. shavers, battery chargers, etc.) you should pack:

·         A Universal Transformer – to convert the power, if your device does not support 220 volts power

·         Universal Adapter Plugs – for sockets that differ from the ones back home

Bed linen and bath towels are provided in every cabin. The towels are changed every second day. If you require more towels, please ask our Cruise Director.

Cabins are also equipped with the following:

  • Double or twin beds
  • Desk and chair
  • Mirror
  • Night lamps
  • Safety deposit box
  • Radio
  • Hair dryer
  • 220 V electric supply
  • The latest safety and fire alarm equipment
  • Lifejackets
  • Soap and shampoo

There is a wardrobe for the storage of your clothes and space under the bed for luggage.

Cabins situated on the lower deck feature a porthole and a dual ventilation system (in the bathroom and in the cabin). Main and upper deck cabins have a cabin window. All cabins are soundproofed and have fireproof doors.

The dress code on our cruise ships is relaxed, casual, and comfortable during the day. In the evening, we suggest evening wear that is smart/casual for the Captain’s Dinner and also for dining out on land.

To maximize space in your cabin, we recommend you travel light. Consider packing sturdy walking shoes for optimal comfort during sightseeing excursions. Clothes that are suitable for cooler evenings (e.g. a light jacket, a windbreaker, or similar item) are also a good idea and don’t forget your swimwear!

Your luggage can be easily stored under the beds, in the allocated space.

You can expect to meet a mix of guests from all over the world on board our luxury cruise ships. Cruising offers a great way to meet new people from different cultures and establish long-lasting friendships. For ease of communication, English is the official language on board.

June and September are often considered the best months for a Croatia cruise. Both offer warm, sunny weather with average daytime temperatures around 77°F (25°C) and sea temperatures close to 72°F (22°C), making conditions ideal for sightseeing and swimming. July and August are hotter and busier, while May and October can be a good option if you prefer quieter ports and milder temperatures.

For a more detailed month-by-month breakdown, see our guide to the best time to sail in Croatia on our travel blog.

Most passenger ships have limited access for guests with mobility challenges. When embarking/disembarking, you can expect to encounter steep stairways, higher-than-average steps, and gaps between boats when crossing from one boat to another.

Most of our shore excursions are on foot. You should be able to stand for an extended period of time, if you wish to visit museums and other sites.

Our guided walking tours and shore excursions typically last 30-45 minutes and usually include walking over cobbled and uneven surfaces and up and down stairs. Please note: severe walking or physical disabilities may limit your overall experience.

We schedule several swim stops in secluded and peaceful bays during the cruise, weather and season permitting. When we drop anchor, you have an opportunity to experience swimming off the back of the boat.

For your convenience, there are ladders for easy climbing and two showers available. Guests preferring to swim off the beach will also have ample opportunities to do so. Our ship often docks within easy reach of the popular beaches.

On board the ship, all guests are asked to behave accordingly and to respect the quiet time that officially starts at midnight. We will be docking for the night in ports of varying liveliness, especially during the high season months of July and August. A certain level of noise from the shore and other boats in the harbor is to be expected.

Although noise levels usually drop by midnight, sometimes there are local festivities or summer festivals that last until the early hours. As the air conditioning in your cabin runs for the whole night, you can comfortably sleep with the windows closed.

The Captain is entirely responsible for the safety and comfort of the vessel and its passengers. It is therefore within the Captain’s jurisdiction to change the sequence of stops and ports if necessary. This may occur in inclement weather conditions, high or low water levels, dock and lock schedules, or for technical reasons. The Captain also has the right to remove any unruly passengers, and to quarantine the ship in case of disease or similar.

We expect to provide sightseeing excursions of all the major attractions listed in our cruise programs. Although it is unlikely, certain changes in schedules may happen from time to time. The operating hours at museums, galleries, and monuments may cause us to alter the sequence of touring. Sailing conditions and other factors may also impact on shore excursion timetables.
