Day 3: Explore The Countryside
Croatia’s stunning countryside is best viewed off-road. Hire a car or let us organise a private tour guide. Head for the famous five springs of Cetina, Rumin, Oyrlia, Ruda and Grab. The protected and pristine water rich rivers and canyons are surrounded with imposing elevations, lush greenery and pretty little villages that you can explore. If you’re feeling adventurous you can try your hand at white water rafting or canyoning.
Day 4: Reconnect With Nature
Towering behind the splendid coastal views of the Makarska Riviera is the impressive Biokovo Mountain and the Biokovo National Park. This is the perfect pit stop for hikers and nature lovers who want to take time out to reconnect with nature. There are plenty of paths that wind up the hills and lead you to the olive groves, vineyards and fragrant pine forests. Take a break and enjoy a picnic lunch whilst admiring the breathtaking scenery and views all around you. The park is home to many beautiful and endemic plant species that demand your attention. The Kotisina Botanical Garden, situated nearby, is also worth visiting.
