Our Cruise in Confidence Guarantee Read More

Cruising the Adriatic sea is, arguably, relaxing enough in itself for most people, but Cruise Croatia is now offering another dose of tranquillity and health benefits for guests. The program includes morning meditation and yoga sessions, dedicated time for journaling and daily gratitudes, mindfulness sessions, a nutrient-rich menu, and toxin detox, and a chance to get to know one’s body better with an (optional) naturist swim in Croatia’s blue waters.

And what will further increase this relaxing experience? The fact that the cruise ship will be a tech-free zone where guests will be asked to give up their gadgets in exchange for an off-the-grid experience. With distractions locked away safely, you’ll be able to free your mind and escape the daily grind for a week of peace and tranquillity.

On top of all of this, the rejuvenating cruise will take you to some of Croatia’s most enchanting highlights such as sampling Ston’s famously fresh oysters, the scenery of Krka National Park during a quiet mindfulness session, and the beauty of Mljet Island.

We’ll visit lush Mljet Island where you’ll take part in an invigorating cycle. You’ll spend the morning cycling around the island to get the blood pumping and release those “happy hormones”. You’ll cycle to Mljet National Park in the heart of the island where you will see the famous salt lakes with the wind in your hair.

Once back on board we will venture to Korcula and its storybook walled Old Town. Once we anchor, you’ll meet our guide who will take you through the narrow, cobbled streets to view the impressive Venetian-gothic architecture and learn more about the alleged birthplace of explorer Marco Polo along with the reason for the fishbone layout of the streets. Korcula is well known for its olive oil, which is rich in flavor and full of healthy polyphenols. Here you will have the opportunity to visit a family-run olive oil mill and witness first-hand how the golden elixir is made. In the evening you can enjoy an optional traditional Dalmatian dinner at a family-run restaurant which is always a favorite with our guests.

    Blue Cave

Setting off from Korcula, we will visit the tiny island of Bisevo which is home to the world-renowned Blue Cave. Enjoy a tour of the Blue Cave and witness its interior illuminated in a surreal blue glow. After this, we will continue on to Vis where you’ll have free time to explore this charming picturesque town or go for a hike on Mount Hum. For dinner, we recommend trying Ispod Peke – a dome-shaped pan that is filled with fish, lamb, or even squid and put onto a ready-lit fire where the coals and hot ashes slow cook the meat. It is a local style of cooking, native to the habitants of Vis and other islands on the Dalmatian archipelago, and should not be missed.

    DAY 5 VIS - HVAR

We bid farewell to Vis and make our way to the beautiful island of Hvar. There is a range of health benefits to shedding your clothes and this activity will help to remove the taboo around the naked body and encourage self-acceptance. Clothes are, of course, optional and swimsuits can be worn if preferred. After lunch, we will arrive in Hvar where you will have the option of taking part in a Thai bodywork session or enjoy a short tour of the Old Town with a local tour. Visit Green House, the first official health store on the island, and grab a healthy snack or some organic cosmetics.
