First Date Competition Terms and Conditions

Entries will open at 00:00am on 26^th April 2021 and close at 11.59pm on 5^th September 2021. *We have extended this due to the current uncertainty around International travel.

Any entries received before the opening and after the closing of the competition will be invalid and will not be entered.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. When contacted, the successful applicant may be asked to provide proof of age.

This competition is open to residents of all countries.

Any entries which are incomplete, incorrect, incomprehensible, or offensive will be void.

By providing Cruise Croatia with your entry you are agreeing to allow Cruise Croatia to use this content in any of their future communications and marketing material.

Entrants will have the option to sign up to marketing and communications from Cruise Croatia. If you do not wish to receive communications, please opt out.

Entrants’ contact information and details will not be shared with third parties.

Entries will be reviewed by a Cruise Croatia judging panel who will select a winning entry at random. The panel will then verify the applicants’ suitability for the role. If the applicant is not deemed suitable another will be chosen at random until a successful applicant is chosen.

The winner is at the full discretion of Cruise Croatia. The decision of Cruise Croatia is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Cruise Croatia will attempt to notify the successful entrant within 21 days after the closing date. He/she will be contacted on the email address provided when applying.

The successful entrant will have seven days in which to claim his or her prize. If we are unable to notify the winner, or if the winner fails to respond within the fixed time period, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and Cruise Croatia reserves the right to select an alternative winning entrant in accordance with these terms and conditions and the competition information.

Upon confirmation of acceptance the successful applicant may be announced on the Cruise Croatia social media channels.

The prize includes:

7 Night Croatia luxury yacht cruise on a new 2020 built luxury yacht with 19 cabins. The winners will receive a complimentary VIP cabin with private balcony on the yacht. The yacht accommodates up to 36 guests.

The inclusions are:

• Breakfast and lunch served on board daily
• 3 Course welcome dinner and an additional Captains evening dinner with live entertainment on board
• Enjoy remaining evenings dining on shore on a different island each evening
• All excursions are included and include wine tasting at family vineyards, tour of the beautiful Krka National Park, fresh oyster harvesting, a visit to the enchanting Blue Cave and a host of expert led walking tours
• All port taxes and private transfers are included

What’s excluded:

• Flights to Croatia are not included as part of the prize
• Spending money is not included as part of the prize

Value of prize:

• £5,500 / $7,500

Date of travel will be confirmed when it is safe to travel and legal restrictions allow.

Cruise Croatia reserve the right to stipulate specific dates of travel only.

Prize may not be sold on online auction sites. Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other alternative.

Employees connected with this promotion from Cruise Croatia, Travel Agents, any employees of third-party prize suppliers and promotional agencies and their families are excluded from taking part in this competition. Anyone found to be a third-party supplier will automatically forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place.
