MS Callisto Overview
The MS Callisto is 171-feet-long and 27-feet-wide, which allows her to visit places that large cruise ships can’t reach from narrow waterways and small island ports to the hearts of medieval cities. While her size provides a fabulous small-ship cruise experience, guests can expect plenty of space for relaxation and socializing along with plentiful amenities.
There are 17 well-appointed cabins on the MS Callisto, spread across the main and lower decks. Each one boasts a marble bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, individually-controlled a/c, a television, CD/DVD player, mini-fridge, a P.A. system for announcements by the captain and cruise director, central music and a safe. Lower deck cabins all include a porthole, while main deck cabins have large windows for watching the stunning passing views.
Facilities and Public Areas
The MS Callisto offers lots of public areas to enjoy for relaxing and socializing, include an expansive sundeck with enough chaise loungers for each passenger. A shady area provides a break from the sun while the Jacuzzi is ideal for a soak after a day of exploring. The vessel also features a swimming platform with two ladders that make it easy to enjoy a dip in the sparkling waters of the Adriatic. If you want to enjoy a drink or watch television, you’ll find a spacious restaurant and bar area on the main deck with an LCD TV.
Guests can look forward to meals that are freshly-prepared by the onboard chef. Passengers enjoy a welcome cocktail reception, a buffet-style breakfast every morning, six lunches and seven dinners, including a lavish captain’s dinner, BBQ and a local, themed evening. Complimentary tea, coffee and water is also provided. There’s no need to pack your formal attire as all dining is enjoyed in a casual, relaxed atmosphere. When weather permits, you may be able to enjoy a meal al fresco on the sundeck under the stars or while admiring the beautiful passing scenery.
