MS San Antonio Overview
The MS San Antonio offers an intimate, deluxe small ship cruise experience with a maximum capacity of 35 passengers. She’s 146-feet-long and 280-feet-wide, with a cruising speed of nine nautical miles per hour and boasts high-end amenities as well as state-of-the-art technology. Passengers can enjoy relaxing in their comfortable cabin, in the air-conditioned dining and lounge areas, or on the expansive sundeck that includes sun loungers and an enticing Jacuzzi.
The ship features 16 air-conditioned double/twin cabins and 2 singles, all fully-equipped with the necessities like a fire alarm, emergency lights, life jackets, an audio system for captain and cruise director announcements and a safe. For your comfort, each one also includes a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer as well as a desk and chair, nightstand, wardrobe and small sofa. Main deck cabins include a window, while lower deck cabins have a port hole for viewing the magnificent scenery as it goes by.
Facilities and Public Areas
Passengers will find lots of room to roam and to relax, with a wealth of indoor and outdoor space aboard. On the main deck is a large restaurant and bar area with an LCD television as well as a covered outdoor lounge area with comfy sofas. Unwind under the nearly always bright blue skies and sunshine the Adriatic enjoys on the upper deck, which features loungers for sunbathing as well as a stress-melting Jacuzzi. The swimming platform has a ladder for easy access to swimming in those enticing crystal blue waters, and you’ll find two outdoor showers for a quick rinse afterwards. Complimentary Wi-Fi is offered throughout the ship.
In the air-conditioned dining room, you’ll enjoy half-board meals, with a buffet-style breakfast served each day as well as six set 4-course lunches throughout the cruise. Complimentary fresh fruit and a free 1.5-liter bottle of water is also provided daily, while the bar serves a variety of soft drinks, beer, wine and spirits available for purchase. Excursions on the San Antonio include three evening meals onboard as well. No formal dress is required for dining, with all meals served in a relaxed, casual setting.
