The adventurous can choose to whiz across a zipline or enjoy a thrilling rafting excursion at the Cetina River. In the evening, wander through the classically Mediterranean, atmospheric Old Town, an ancient center characterized by its narrow streets where the sun can barely break through the shadows of overgrown vines. Overnight in Split.

  • Meals Included: Dinner

Mljet National Park

Get energized for the day with a refreshing morning swim along the slender, finger-like peninsula of Peljesac as we cruise to the lush and tranquil island of Mljet. Take in the vibrant greens and blues of the sea, forests and sparkling lakes in this fairytale-like destination. We’ll hop aboard a smaller boat to the Isle of St. Mary which lies in the southern part of the Great Lake to marvel at a 12th-century Benedictine Monastery and the Romanesque church. Afterward you’ll have the opportunity for a bike ride, immersing yourself in the striking beauty of the island as you discover breathtaking vistas around nearly every bend.

  • Excursions Included: Entrance to the Mljet National Park
  • Meals Included: Breakfast and Lunch

Today you’ll experience one of the highlights of this cruise, traveling along the route playwright George Bernard Shaw called “heaven on Earth,” to the medieval city of Dubrovnik. You’ve probably glimpsed it before, at least on-screen, as its made appearances in many films and television shows, perhaps most famously, in the HBO series “Game of Thrones.” You’ll be able to tour the maze of narrow cobbled streets of the UNESCO World Heritage listed Old City, mesmerized by incredible sights like the Romanesque-Gothic Franciscan Monastery. Afterwards, wander on your own, strolling along the famous Stradun inside the city walls and checking off one of Dubrovnik’s must-experiences, an unforgettable cable car ride to Mount Srd to take in a jaw-dropping view of the Old City, the dazzling blues of the Adriatic and countless island gems.

  • Excursions Included: Guided walking tour of Dubrovnik
  • Meals Included: Breakfast and Lunch

Sipan Island

You’ll have more time to get lost in the surreal beauty of Dubrovnik, discovering some of the world’s most well-preserved Baroque churches, palaces and monasteries as well as Renaissance façades and fountains that are intertwined with glistening marble-paved squares. After returning to the ship, enjoy a revitalizing swim during a stop on the Peljesac peninsula as we make our way to either Sipan Island or Trstenik. After arrival, we may even be able to enjoy a visit to a local winery for a tasting. Overnight in Sipan or Trstenik.

  • Meals Included: Breakfast and Lunch

Our next stop is on Korcula, the birthplace of intrepid explorer Marco Polo, often referred to as “miniature Croatia,” encompassing the very best the country has to offer, with everything from endless olive groves and picturesque vineyards to sandy beaches and dense woodland. Explore the succession of narrow streets in Korcula Old Town that branch off the spine of the main street, noting its fish bone shape used to reduce effects of wind and sun, offering residents sheltered accommodation. It’s all surrounded by 14th-century stone walls and towers that make it especially photogenic. After touring the town you’ll be able to sample delicious wines at a local winery and dine on traditional Croatian fare in one of the many outstanding eateries. Overnight in Korcula

  • Excursions Included: Guided walking tour of Korcula
  • Meals Included: Breakfast and Lunch

On our way to the beautiful Pakleni Islands, you’ll be able to cool off with a dip in the sea before stopping on the seductive island of Hvar. A magnet for the rich and famous, it’s considered to be one of the most exquisite islands in the Adriatic. It also boasts some of the most well-preserved architectural delights, including a Renaissance cathedral and Europe’s oldest community theater, dating back to the early 17th-century. Enjoy a night out in Hvar town, dining on southern Croatian cuisine with a glass of fine wine at one of the many local restaurants and perhaps sampling some of its fantastic bars. Overnight in Hvar

  • Excursions Included: Guided walking tour of Hvar
  • Meals Included: Breakfast and Lunch

Bol Zlatni Rat

Your last full day of the cruise brings an especially grand finale with a visit to Croatia’s most famous and most beautiful beach, Zlatni Rat. Often called the “Golden Horn,” with the wind and waves constantly changing its shape, you’ll be able to take a dip in the strikingly clear turquoise waters that surround it. Afterward, wander through the picturesque fishing village of Bol with its winding streets lined with small stone houses splashed with purple and pink geraniums. As we cruise on toward Split, we’ll stop at a remote, hidden bay on Brac Island where you can swim and take in magnificent views of the Split Riviera. Once in the lively city itself, join a professionally-led tour to soak up its World Heritage history while exploring Roman architectural treasures in the 4th-century Diocletian Palace. Overnight in Split
