View the maze of fantastic buildings, including Gothic and Renaissance structures before setting sail for Omis. This photogenic town is surrounded by steep rock cliffs where the River Cetina flows into the Adriatic. You’ll witness its snow-white pebble beach, lovely stone churches, grand fortresses and city walls before we journey to our final stop on the island of Brac. Sailing on to the picturesque fishing village of Bol, we’ll visit Zlanti Rat, also known as the ‘Golden Horn.’ Splashed on postcards, brochures and posters of Croatia, it’s often called the country’s best beach, with a shape that changes depending on the winds like liquid gold. You’ll have time to take it all in soaking up the sunshine in between refreshing dips in the turquoise water. A decidedly different experience awaits on the island of Hvar, a popular playground for international jet-setters. Take a sightseeing tour to learn about the island’s history, culture and traditions, visiting historical sights like Europe’s first public theater. Sailing onto the unspoiled island of Vis, closed for decades to commercial tourism, it’s like a trip back in time to the “Mediterranean as it once was,” with sun-kissed beaches, untouched nature, well-preserved architecture and the remains of ancient Issa, including a theater and necropolis. Overnight in Vis.

DAY 5 VIS - KORCULA

Next stop is the island of Korcula, best-known as the birthplace of one of the world’s most famous travelers, Marco Polo, but first you’ll have the opportunity to get re-energized with a swim in one of the secluded bays or coves along the way. In the historic town of Korcula, stroll the entrancing cobblestone streets, discovering all sorts of delights like the Gothic Baroque Cathedral of St. Mark, interesting shops and cafes, before dining on a traditional Dalmatian meal for dinner in one of the local eateries.
