Today you’ll get a more in-depth look at Split’s highlights with a guided tour of the historic inner city built around Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace which dates back to the 4th-century AD. View the maze of fantastic buildings, including Gothic and Renaissance structures before setting sail for Omis. This photogenic town is surrounded by steep rock cliffs where the River Cetina flows into the Adriatic. You’ll witness its snow-white pebble beach, lovely stone churches, grand fortresses and city walls before we journey to our final stop on the island of Brac. You’ll have time to take it all in soaking up the sunshine in between refreshing dips in the turquoise water. Blue Cave

Cruise to Bisevo Island where you’ll be able to take in one of the country’s most magical sights. Watch the sun beam its light through an opening in the cave, with the rays reflected from the white sea bottom, it’s illuminated in a dazzling aquamarine shade. Sailing onto the unspoiled island of Vis, closed for decades to commercial tourism, it’s like a trip back in time to the “Mediterranean as it once was,” with sun-kissed beaches, untouched nature, well-preserved architecture and the remains of ancient Issa, including a theater and necropolis. Next stop is the island of Korcula, best-known as the birthplace of one of the world’s most famous travelers, Marco Polo, but first you’ll have the opportunity to get re-energized with a swim in one of the secluded bays or coves along the way. Mljet National Park

Enjoy a swim or snorkel as we make our way through the islands, cruising to lush Mljet National Park. You’ll be able to experience its stunning beauty, including two saltwater lakes connected by a narrow channel to the sea and take a boat trip to the Isle of St. Mary, home to a 12th-century Benedictine Monastery. You’ll have time to admire the captivating scenery on Dalmatia’s most southerly island, nearly all pine forest, bisected by a single road. Tonight is Captain’s Dinner with live local entertainment.
