Welcome to ancient Split, while embarkation is at 5 p.m., we recommend arriving early so that you’ll have time to explore the most popular attraction, here, the 4th-century Roman emperor Diocletian’s palace, a maze-like complex with narrow winding streets lined with magnificent architecture. Once on board, we’ll begin our cruise by sailing to Trogir, founded 2,300 years ago. This open-air museum is a UNESCO World Heritage Site filled with impressive Renaissance and Baroque buildings, including its highlight, the 13th-century Cathedral of St. Lawrence. We’ll anchor here tonight – you’ll have time to wander through before returning to the ship for dinner.

  • Meals Included: Dinner

Krka Waterfalls National Park.

After breakfast we’ll continue cruising, stopping at Skradin, the gateway to Krka Waterfalls National Park. Enjoy a stroll to Skradinski Buk, made up of 17 falls with cascades that are up to 328 feet wide and plunge 150 feet into serene aquamarine pools. Bring comfortable walking shoes to discover this beautiful park with its unique surroundings including traditional watermills and Franciscan monastery on Visovac island. Afterwards we’ll continue to this evening’s destination, medieval Sibenek, home to the most important Renaissance monument in the country, St. James Cathedral with its dome and triple-nave basilica with three apses.

  • Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Kornati National Park

Continuing on, we’ll sail to the nautical paradise known as Kornati National Park, with its nearly 150 uninhabited islands and islets that George Bernard Shaw once called “the crown of God’s work.” As we wind through, you’ll notice a stunning contrast of grey stone landscape edged by crystal-clear turquoise water. While it appears desolate at first glance, it’s filled with life and rich with historic remains from medieval fortresses and historic churches to Roman villas. If the weather is pleasant, there are number of scenic walks to enjoy here too. Tonight we’ll anchor in a hidden bay immersed in unspoiled nature.

  • Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

After breakfast, it’s time to cruise north, with a stop in another enchanting bay for lunch as we make our way to the 3,000-year-old city of Zadar. Rich in historic sights dating back to Roman times, it’s filled with cobbled streets lined with a remarkable mix of classical Viennese secessionist architecture. Some of the highlights we recommend visiting include the 1st-century Roman forum and the city’s symbol, 9th-century St. Donatus church. Before dusk, head to the waterfront to marvel at the city’s famous art installations, the Sea Organ and The Greeting to the Sun before enjoying one of the best sunsets in the Adriatic.

  • Meals Included: Breakfast and Lunch

Murter Island

A relaxed morning brings opportunities for swimming and sunbathing, with our journey ultimately bringing us to the island of Murter, the perfect place to soak up tranquillity among untouched nature, perhaps while lounging on one of the many beautiful beaches. There are lots of idyllic secluded stretches here to discover should you wish to find your very own private spot. If you’re up for exploring, the island is also home to some lovely old churches and a very unique site, Colentum. This is Croatia’s first archaeological beach – a long stretch of shoreline that hosts the remains of an ancient Roman villa.

  • Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Rogoznica Dragon’s Eye Lake

Our journey continues to Rogoznica, a small village famous for its marina, one of the most protected in this region, set in a deep bay sheltered from the wind. Once a sleepy fishermen’s town, you’ll still see fishermen selling their daily catch, but today it offers a mix of old and new. In the historic center are old stone homes, while a walk along the seaside will bring you to many fabulous beaches – continue through the pines to visit Dragon’s Eye Lake, a saltwater lake with a base of hydrogen sulphide. On occasion, you’ll see hot water bubble to the surface.

  • Meals Included: Breakfast and Lunch

On our last day you’ll have another opportunity to swim and sunbathe before we reach the small village of Necujam on Solta island. After lunch, you can choose to sail back to Split or spend the night in Necujam, famous for its breathtaking scenery that’s inspired countless artists and the father of Croatian literature, Marko Marulic. Piskera Bay, one of the island’s most stunning, was once the private fishing pond of Roman emperor Diocletian. The ruins of his complex are still visible today in the depths of the bay. You’ll have free time this evening to visit the town and enjoy dinner.

  • Meals Included: Breakfast and Lunch

For those who spend the night in Split, you’ll be able to enjoy your morning coffee along the picturesque Riva sea promenade. Our guests who stayed in Solta will have an early breakfast while cruising back to Split. With embarkation at 9 a.m., take advantage of the last moments of sailing the sparkling blue waters of the Adriatic, soaking up the magnificent beauty and capturing photos before saying farewells to your fellow passengers and the hard-working crew.
