Croatia Cruises 2026 & 2027

With over 1,200 islands and miles upon miles of untouched coastline, Croatia offers a cruising adventure like no other in Europe. There’s no better way to experience the Adriatic Coast than onboard a small ship cruise. Unlike the larger ships, your experience will focus more on the destinations, giving you plenty of time to uncover each island at your own pace. Think immersive excursions with expert local guides who live and breathe Croatian culture while you savor authentic, traditional meals at family-run eateries with recipes that
have been passed down for generations.

Our small ship cruises around Croatia are designed for an intimate, personal experience. With fewer than 20 cabins, it will feel more like a private yacht adventure than a typical cruise. With some of the most inclusive itineraries available each day, you will always see something different, from the well-preserved walls of Dubrovnik and the Roman palace in Split to indulging in the local culture of Hvar and  Korčula.

Our Luxury Croatia Cruises

Why cruise in Croatia with us?

My Wish Ship Croatia

Croatia small ship cruises

With only 38 passengers and typically one crew member per four guests onboard, you won’t be just another number on our small ship cruises. Look forward to personalized service with plenty of expert insight into the destinations visited for a more authentic experience. These sleek, modern vessels make it feel like cruising on an exclusive yacht with all the modern comforts from air conditioning to Wi-Fi. Enhancing your trip even more are luxury accommodations in balcony cabins for taking in the magnificent passing views while enjoying the fresh, salty sea air.

Korcula Town

Access to smaller ports

When you cruise in Croatia on one of our sophisticated yacht-like vessels, you may not have access to a massive casino or waterpark, but the ships’ slim lines make them ideal for reaching smaller, more out-of-the-way destinations. That makes it possible to dock overnight at multiple different islands, many of which those larger ships are unable to reach. You’ll have more time to explore daily life, browse independent family-run shops, sample the local cuisine, and perhaps chat with island residents for stories and insights into the local history, traditions, and culture.

Swim Stop

Daily swim stops

Our Croatia cruises include daily swim stops in the Adriatic Sea and are one of the highlights of a luxury cruise along the Dalmatian coast. Traveling on our cruise ships, you’ll have the chance to leap into the crystal-clear blue waters in secluded bays and off remote beaches. This isn’t possible from a large cruise ship, but with the sleeker size of our motor yachts, it’s often a daily pastime. You’ll also get to enjoy the complimentary water equipment available on the ship, from stand-up paddleboards to jet skis and floaties.

Split

Excursions included

On our luxury Croatia cruises, most of the daily excursions are included as standard. In fact, we offer the most inclusive itineraries you’ll find. For example, on one of our most popular routes, Split to Dubrovnik (and vice versa), highlights typically include touring some of the world’s most well-preserved Roman architecture in Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace, wine tasting at one of Croatia’s most sought-after wineries, savoring a fresh oyster tasting straight out of the bay, marveling at the waterfalls in Krka National Park, and more.

Bellissima crew

Local experts and crew

When traveling on our cruise ships, you can expect truly authentic experiences. Our guides are local and handpicked for their expertise, so you’ll come away with something meaningful from every tour. With a wealth of knowledge about the local geography, culture, and history, they provide valuable insight that will enrich nearly every aspect of your Croatia cruise. Plus, our crew is also made up of locals, so they know the very best routes, and where to find the most enticing secluded bays for those highly anticipated daily swim stops. At the same time, our operations team is on the ground, making sure your trip runs smoothly.

Highlights of our Croatia Cruises

  • Dubrovnik Walls

    Old towns and Roman ruins

Croatia boasts some of the most picturesque old towns with iconic historic landmarks, and even ancient Roman ruins that you can explore on your cruise. Dubrovnik is renowned for its walled Old Town which served as King’s Landing in the popular fantasy series Game of Thrones, while Split’s historic center is home to the spectacular Diocletian’s Palace with its magnificent preserved Roman architecture. Korčula’s Old Town is known for its storybook appeal and is often referred to as a “mini-Dubrovnik,” surrounded by towering defensive walls, towers, and gates.

  • Krka National Park

    Natural beauty

Stunning natural beauty is a given when you set sail on one of our small ship Croatian cruises. Much of the coastline is practically untouched with idyllic beaches tucked into coves while numerous national parks beckon with everything from cascading waterfalls to lakes in surreal shades of blues and greens. You might explore the famous Blue Cave while its interior is illuminated in a magical, silvery blue glow. Or experience the breathtaking mysteries of the underwater world, from abandoned shipwrecks to colorful sea life, by donning a snorkel and mask.

  • Hvar Town

    Island hopping made easy

While it is possible to visit the islands independently as they’re within easy reach of each other, our island-hopping cruises make it so much more convenient. It’s a stress-free journey and one of the most luxurious ways to travel, avoiding the need to constantly unpack and pack again, or having to navigate public transport and ferry schedules. You’ll be able to see more without having to sail for long hours at a time, typically exploring a mix of popular islands along with some lesser known hidden gems.

  • Nautika Restaurants Dubrovnik

    Authentic food and wine

Croatian food and wine are influenced by Mediterranean-culture yet stand out with their own regional dishes and flavors. One of the advantages of taking a small ship cruise is that evenings are generally reserved for dining on authentic dishes in local restaurants. Fresh fish and seafood are in abundance throughout the islands and along the mainland coast. You can enjoy the day’s fresh catch grilled over an open flame or as part of Brujet, a nourishing fish stew. Black risotto with seafood like mussels is another favorite to try, getting its distinct color from squid ink. Meals can be complemented by tasty local wine like the white Posip or red Plavac mali.

Frequently asked questions about our cruises to Croatia

On board the ship in the salon, we have a bar with regular opening hours from 7am to 11pm. A wide selection of cold or hot beverages, soft drinks, bottled water, quality local wines, and bottled beers are available to sip while enjoying the views. Even though the tap water on board is of good quality, we do not recommend that you drink it. Bottled water is provided instead.

To prepare for your cruise, or read more about the best Croatian Wine in our Croatia Travel Blog.

If you have any dietary requirements or preferences, such as diabetic, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, etc, please inform the team as soon as possible. Our galley team will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your personal dietary requests.

We are pleased to offer you the convenience of free Wi-Fi on board our cruise ships. Wi-Fi connection can be accessed in the salon or from the rear lounge. The Internet connection used is a cellular service, and therefore may be unreliable during some periods of sailing. The reception or connection speeds may sometimes drop as a result.

Our Wi-Fi connection is best used for checking emails or accessing news portals. If you want to download files or stream videos, we suggest that you do this on another occasion, while video calls can be made in bigger towns along the sailing route.

The electrical current on board the ship is of European 220 volts standard. All plugs in the cabins have two 4.8 mm diameter round pins. To use any appliances (e.g. shavers, battery chargers, etc.) you should pack:

A Universal Transformer – to convert the power, if your device does not support 220 volts of power.
Universal Adapter Plugs – for sockets that differ from the ones back home.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided in every cabin. The towels are changed every second day, but if you require more towels, please let our Cruise Director know. Beach towels are not provided, so don’t forget to bring your own.

All cabins are equipped with:

  • Double or twin beds
  • Desk and chair
  • Mirror
  • Night lamps
  • Safety deposit box
  • Radio
  • Hair dryer
  • 220V electric supply
  • The latest safety and fire alarm equipment
  • Lifejackets
  • Soap and shampoo

During the cruise, you can store your clothes in the wardrobe with space under the bed for luggage.

Cabins situated on the lower deck feature a porthole and a dual ventilation system (in the bathroom and the cabin), while main and upper deck cabins have a cabin window. All cabins are soundproofed and have fireproof doors.

The dress code on our cruise ship is relaxed, casual, and comfortable during the day. In the evening, we suggest evening wear that is smart casual for the Captain’s Dinner, and also for dining out on land. To maximize the space in your cabin, we recommend that you travel light.

Ensure that you pack sturdy walking shoes for optimal comfort during sightseeing excursions. Clothes that are suitable for cooler evenings (e.g. a light jacket, windbreaker, or similar items) are also a good idea, and make sure you don’t forget your swimwear.

Most passenger ships have limited access for disabled guests, so there are some considerations you should take into account:

  • When embarking and disembarking you can expect to encounter steep stairways, higher-
than-average height steps, and gaps between boats, when crossing from one boat to
    another.
  • The travel itinerary also warrants that most of the shore excursions are on foot. You should
be able to stand for an extended period if you wish to visit museums and other sites.
  • Our guided walking tours and shore excursions typically last 30-45 minutes and usually include walking over cobbled and uneven surfaces, as well as up and down stairs.
  • Please note: severe walking or physical disabilities may limit your overall experience.

We schedule several swim stops in secluded and peaceful bays during the cruise, weather and season permitting. When we drop anchor, you have an opportunity to experience swimming off the back of the boat. For your convenience, there are ladders for easy climbing and two showers available. Guests preferring to swim off the beach will also have ample opportunities to do so, with our ship often docking within easy reach of the popular beaches.

On board the ship, all guests are asked to behave accordingly and to respect the night peace that officially starts at midnight. We will be docking for the night in ports of varying liveliness, especially during the high-season months of July and August. A certain level of noise from the shore and other boats in the harbor is to be expected. Although noise levels usually drop by 12am, sometimes there are local festivities or summer festivals that last long into the night. As the air conditioning in your cabin runs for the whole night, you can comfortably sleep with the windows closed.

The Captain is entirely responsible for the safety and comfort of the vessel and its passengers. It is therefore within the Captain’s jurisdiction to change the sequence of stops and ports if necessary. This may occur in inclement weather conditions, high or low water levels, dock and lock schedules, or for technical reasons. The Captain also has the right to remove any unruly passengers, and to quarantine the ship in case of disease or similar.

We expect to provide sightseeing excursions to all of the major attractions that are listed in our cruise programs. Although it is unlikely, certain changes in schedules may happen from time to time. The operating hours at museums, galleries, and monuments may cause us to alter the sequence of touring. Sailing conditions and other factors may also impact on-shore excursion timetables.
